Watermelon-Cucumber Spritzer

This thirst-quencher has a touch of honey and loads of summer produce for a delicate sweetness that beats any bottled soda.

> 3 cups watermelon chunks
> 1 seedless English cucumber, peeled and chopped
> 2 tbsp honey
> Lime seltzer


In a food processor or blender, purée the watermelon and cucumber until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or 4-cup liquid measuring cup, pushing on solids to extract all the juice. Discard solids.
Into pitcher, stir the honey until dissolved.
Pour ¼ cup watermelon mixture into glass of ice. Top off with desired seltzer amount.
