½ (16 oz) pkg fully-cooked turkey meatballs (frozen)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 (12 oz) pkg zucchini or butternut squash noodles

1 (15 oz) can low-sodium tomato sauce

Prepare meatballs in the microwave according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the zucchini noodles and tomato sauce and cook for 7 min., stirring occasionally. Toss with meatballs and serve immediately.
