Roast Pork Tenderloin with Lemony Broccoli

Who says steak seasoning is only for beef? We use this spice rub to give loads of flavor to lean, mild pork tenderloin. Roasted broccoli rounds out this easy and affordable meal.

Ingredients

> 2 heads broccoli
> 1 lemon
> 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
> 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
> 1 tbsp steak seasoning

Preheat oven to 450°F. Trim and cut the broccoli into 2-inch florets. Grate zest from the lemon. On a large baking sheet, toss broccoli with 2 tbsp oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Push to one side of pan.

On other side of pan, rub the pork with the remaining 1 tbsp oil and steak seasoning. Tuck under the skinny end of pork tenderloin. Roast pork and broccoli 15–20 min., until pork is cooked through and broccoli stems are tender.

Squeeze juice from lemon all over broccoli. Thinly slice pork and serve with broccoli.
