Crispy Baked Turkey Tacos

Skip the hassle of skillet cooking and let the oven do the work for your next taco night. It’s as simple as mixing up your filling ingredients, spreading the mixture on tortillas, folding them in half, and baking the tacos on a sheet pan until perfectly crisp and browned.

Ingredients

> 1 lb Nature's Promise® 94% lean ground turkey
> 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
> 1 tbsp chili powder
> 2 tsp ground cumin
> 3/4 cup finely shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
> 10 flour tortillas
> Canola oil, for brushing
> 2 cups shredded lettuce, to serve
> 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, to serve
> Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, to serve

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment. To a medium bowl, add the turkey, beans, chili powder, cumin, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Divide turkey mixture among tortillas, spreading on one half of each tortilla in even layer and folding to close. Brush both sides of tacos with the oil and space evenly apart on prepared sheet pan.

Bake 25–30 min., flipping tacos halfway through cooking time, until tortillas are crisp and browned in spots and filling is cooked through. To serve, gently pry open tacos and fill with the lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
