Ingredients

> 4 bone-in center cut pork chops
> 5 tbsp olive oil, divided
> 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
> 1/4 cup store-bought peach jam or our recipe for Small-Batch Peach Jam
> 3 cloves garlic, minced
> 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

Steps

1
Set grill to medium-high and grease the grill grates. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush all over with 2 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper.
2
In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon, peach jam, remaining 3 tbsp oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve ¼ cup jam mixture for pork chops. Add the green beans to bowl and toss with remaining marinade. Place green beans in center of a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil sides up to cover beans completely and seal packet.
3
Place packet on grill and cook until beans are tender, 15–18 min. Place pork on grill and grill 5–7 min. per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F, brushing with remaining peach jam mixture while grilling. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 5 min. Slice pork and serve with grilled green beans, pouring juices from bean packet on top of pork slices if desired.
