Stuffed with apple pieces and basted with the cider and vinegar of apple, your traditional turkey will take on a distinctive fall flavor during its 2 ½ to 3 hour oven journey. Garnish with kale (or roasted apple slices) for an artful, picture-perfect finish.

Green Beans with Caramelized Onions

Smashed Red Skin Potatoes with Buttermilk and Olive Oil

Of the many ways to prepare potatoes, the method of smashing (similar to mashing) takes advantage of the red variety’s nutrient-rich skins. Fortified with iron and B vitamins, the skins add both texture and color. Creamy buttermilk smooths out the mixture, a balanced alternative to butter (rich and heavy) or milk (airy and light).

Triple Cranberry Sauce

This 20 minute topping is a triple treat that combines cranberries in both their dried, frozen and juice forms. Add to that combo the use of a cinnamon stick and you’ve got instant bragging rights to whatever this succulent sauce happens to garnish.

No-Bake Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Whoever said, “The first shall be last and the last shall be first,” knew how to prepare a Chiffon pie. The sweet sign-off to your memorable Thanksgiving meal must chill overnight in its glorious graham cracker crust. Check the premade crust for cracking before you buy. Have a happy and memorable Thanksgiving!
