4 Chicken Thighs

Olive oil

4 Sandwich Hearty Rolls (We prefer Ciabatta)

8 tbsp Picnic Gourmet Spreads Tandoori Garlic Spread Tandoori Garlic Spread

1 cup fresh Spinach
Relish
>
1/2 cup Tomato (small dice)

1/4 cup Red Onion (small dice)
>
1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
>
1 tsp Lime Juice
>
1/2 tsp Salt
Steps

Make relish: Combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, & salt. Set to side. Do not refrigerate.

Pre-heat grill to medium high/high.

Brush chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Grill chicken thighs to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Gently toast buns on grill when chicken is almost done.

Spread Tandoori Garlic spread on each bun.

Place chicken, spinach, & relish.

Sandwich together and enjoy!
