Air-Fried Crispy Pork Chops

Skip the deep frying to get crispy pork chops—this recipe uses the air fryer instead! Serve this 5-ingredient winner with a bagged salad or store-bought mashed potatoes.

> 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Boneless Pork Chops
> 1 1/2 cups Italian-style panko bread crumbs
> 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
> 2 large eggs
> Cooking spray


Preheat air fryer to 375°F. On a cutting board, place the pork chops between 2 sheets of parchment. With a meat mallet or bottom of a heavy skillet, pound pork chops until thin. Season with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Season both with salt and pepper.
Dip pork chops first in beaten eggs, coating completely and letting excess drip off. Then dip pork in bread crumb mixture, pressing down to adhere. Coat both sides and gently shake off any excess.
Spray air fryer basket with the cooking spray. Working in batches if needed, add pork chops to basket and cook 6–8 min., until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F, flipping halfway through.


For extra flavor, add chopped parsley to the bread crumb mixture.
