1/2 small seedless watermelon

1 1/2 inch star-shaped cutter

Cut the mozzarella into ½-inch-thick slices. Cut the watermelon into ½-inch thick slices. With star-shaped cutter, cut out stars from mozzarella and watermelon.

Onto skewers, thread a blueberry, a watermelon star, a blueberry, then a mozzarella star. Finish with a watermelon star at tip. Thread remaining ingredients onto additional skewers, repeating pattern. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
