Ingredients
>
1 1/4 lbs thin-sliced chicken breast cutlets
>
2 cups plain panko bread crumbs
>
1/2 cup low-fat milk
>
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
>
Cooking spray
Steps
1
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat the chicken dry and cut into 2-inch pieces. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2
In a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, place the bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Gently shake bag to combine. In another gallon-size resealable plastic bag, combine the milk and poultry seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
3
In batches, add chicken pieces to milk mixture. Transfer chicken to bag of bread crumbs, letting excess milk drip off. Seal bag and shake to coat chicken.
4
Spray air fryer basket with the cooking spray. In batches, transfer chicken to basket and spray generously with cooking spray. Cook 6–8 min., until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Season with salt.
