> 3 grapefruit
> 1 1/2 cups Aperol
> 1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco
> 1 (12 oz) can lemon seltzer or club soda
Halve the grapefruit. Thinly slice 1 grapefruit half for garnish.
Into a medium pitcher, squeeze juice from remaining 5 grapefruit halves. Add Aperol, prosecco, and seltzer. Stir to combine. Pour into 6 glasses filled with ice. Serve with sliced grapefruit as garnish.
No Aperol? Use triple sec or orange liqueur instead.
