Ingredients

> 2 (8.25 oz) cans pears in light syrup
> 2 apples
> 1 orange
> 2 cups frozen raspberries
> 1 tbsp sugar
> 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
> ¾ cup flour
> 1 stick unsalted butter, cold
> 1 cup unsalted pecans
> 6 tbsp maple syrup

Steps

1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Drain the pears, reserving the liquid, and peel and core the apples. Chop the pears and apples into pieces and place in a bowl. Zest the orange and add to the bowl along with the juice of half of the orange, reserved pear juice, and the raspberries. Sprinkle with sugar and mix until combined.
2
In a separate bowl, stir together the oats and flour. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and mix into the flour-oatmeal mixture with your fingers. Coarsely chop the nuts and work into the dough. Fold in the maple syrup until thoroughly combined. Pour the apple mixture into a baking dish. Top evenly with the dough. Bake on the middle rack for 30 min. or until golden brown. Remove crumble from oven and let cool for 10 min.
