Ingredients

> 6 tbsp unflavored powdered gelatin
> 3 cups hard or nonalcoholic sparkling apple cider
> 1/2 cup sugar
> 1 tsp apple pie spice

Steps

1
Sprinkle the gelatin into ½ cup cool water and let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, in a medium pot, combine the cider and sugar and heat to a simmer on medium-high, whisking to dissolve sugar. Add gelatin mixture and whisk until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the apple pie spice.
2
Pour cider mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan dish and refrigerate 1 hour, until set. Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter to cut into a diamond shape.
