> 4 whole wheat pitas
> 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
> 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
> 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
> 3/4 lb grilled chicken, sliced
> 1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
> 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
Warm pitas in the microwave for 10 seconds and cut each pita round in half. In a small bowl, stir together the mustard, mayo and pepper until smooth. Spread the mustard mixture on the bottom of each pita half, layer with chicken and avocado inside each pita and top with alfalfa spouts. Wrap each sandwich in wax paper and secure with a string.
