2 avocados

2 apples

8 oz frozen kale

2 1/2 cups mineral water

Steps

Cut the avocados in half lengthways. Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and place in a blender or food processor. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores.

Add apple, kale, water and chia seeds to the blender and pulse in 30 second intervals until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
