Avocado Serrano Dip

Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with spicy serrano and fresh basil makes this guacamole a party favorite, a wholesome afterschool snack, or a delicious addition to sandwiches and salads.

> 3 ripe avocados
> 1 tbsp lime juice
> 1 tsp minced garlic
> 1 tsp chili powder
> ½ tsp kosher salt
> 1 serrano chili pepper, finely chopped
> ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
> 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil


Halve the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add the lime juice, garlic, chili powder, and salt. Mash with a fork until smooth.
Add the chopped serrano, yogurt, and basil and mix until smooth. Serve immediately, or for best results, refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors marinate.


Serve with tortilla chips, raw vegetables, and as a topping on tacos and wraps.
