> 1/2 (16 oz) bag frozen chopped spinach
> 1 pint grape tomatoes
> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 1/2 tsp dried oregano
> 1 (8 oz) block feta cheese
> 1 (12 oz) box farfalle
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread out the frozen spinach in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the grape tomatoes, oil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Place the feta cheese block in center of dish on top of spinach.
Bake 40–45 min., until feta is melty and creamy and tomatoes have burst. Meanwhile, when tomato mixture is almost done, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil on high and cook the farfalle according to package directions. Drain well.
Remove baking dish from oven and add drained pasta. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
