1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise organic carrots

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
>
2 tsp minced garlic
>
4 tbsp chopped parsley
Steps

Peel and cut the carrots into ½-inch diagonal slices. Heat the oil in a skillet over low heat. Add carrots, vinegar, salt (in moderation), and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 10 min. Mix in the garlic and cover. Cook until al dente, 5 min. Remove the carrots from the heat and toss with the chopped parsley.
