> 3 apples
> 4 tbsp (½ stick) butter
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 tsp ground cinnamon
> 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core. Cut the quarters into wedges.
Heat the butter in a saucepan and cook the apple wedges for 4 min. on medium heat. Add honey and spices, and cook for 2 min. on high heat.
Mix with sauerkraut and serve with pork.
