1 (12 oz) pkg snow peas

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

¼ cup salted cashews

Cut the beans on a slant into 1-inch pieces. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the beans for 3 min. on medium heat, stirring regularly. Add the hoisin sauce and cook for 4 min. Meanwhile, chop the nuts coarsely and sprinkle on top of the beans.
Comments
To make it more decadent, opt for hazelnuts instead of cashews.
