Basic Turkey Burger

Think of turkey burger patties from the store as a blank canvas and go wild with different topping combos, including the Tex-Mex one featured here.

> 1 (1 lb) pkg Nature's Promise® Turkey Burgers
> 4 hamburger buns, split
> 4 slices cheddar cheese
> 1 cup shredded lettuce
> 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
> 1/2 cup fresh salsa


Set grill to medium. Season the turkey burger patties with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook 5 min. per side, until cooked through. Place 1 slice of cheese on each patty and cover grill 30 sec. to melt cheese.
Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill 1–2 min.
Place 1 patty on each bun bottom. Top with the shredded lettuce, guacamole, and salsa. Add bun tops.
