Ingredients

8 oz cheese tortellini

1 tbsp Pure Wesson® oil

1 (14 1/2 ounces) can Hunt's ® diced tomatoes, undrained
>
2 tsp McCormick ® fresh basil
>
1/4 tsp McCormick ® Garlic Salt

Cook tortellini as directed on package. Drain well.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in tomatoes, basil and garlic salt. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add tortellini; toss to coat well.
Tips
Add sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
