2 cups toasted rice cereal squares

2 cups toasted wheat cereal squares

2 cups pretzels (any shape)

2 cups Cheddar crackers

1 cup soup and oyster crackers

1/2 cup nuts like peanuts or cashews

5 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
>
1/4 store-bought BBQ rub

Preheat oven to 250°F. To a large baking sheet, add the cereal squares, pretzels, Cheddar crackers, oyster crackers, and nuts. Toss gently to mix.

To a small microwave-safe bowl, add the butter. Cover with vented plastic and microwave 30 sec.–1 min., until butter is fully melted. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, BBQ rub, and salt.

Pour butter mixture over snack mix on baking sheet, stirring to coat. Spread mixture onto baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 45 min., stirring every 15 min., until snack mix is evenly toasted. Let cool on baking sheet 10–15 min. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
