Ingredients

1/2 cup blackberries

2 chamomile tea bags

Boiling water, as needed

1 lemon

1 tbsp honey (optional)

Between 2 large mugs, divide the blackberries. Using a spoon or cocktail muddler, mash blackberries until almost smooth.

Add the tea bags and fill mugs ⅔ full with the boiling water. Let tea steep 1–2 min. Meanwhile, cut the lemon in half. Slice 2 wheels from one lemon half and set wheels aside. Remove tea bags from mugs. Squeeze 2 tsp juice into each mug from remaining lemon pieces. If desired, add the honey. Stir to combine. Garnish with the lemon wheels.
