Ingredients

1 (1 - inch) piece fresh ginger

1 pint blackberries

1/4 cup lemon juice (from 1-2 lemons)

1 tbsp sugar
>
1/2 gallon green tea with honey
>
Fresh mint, for garnish

Peel the ginger and slice. In a blender, purée the blackberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ginger until smooth.

Into a large pitcher, strain berry mixture using fine-mesh sieve. Stir in the tea. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint.
