Grilled Tomatoes

Serve grilled tomatoes with a salad, alongside your favorite protein, or in a sandwich.

Ingredients

> 2 1/2 cups tomatoes on the vine or cherry tomatoes
> 1/2 cup olive oil

Set a grill to medium-high heat. Arrange tomatoes on a grill or back rack and brush with olive oil

Or shape baskets out of foil and fill with tomatoes. Brush with olive oil. Seal before setting on grill.

Set rack and tomatoes or foil packet with tomatoes on the grill and cook for 6–8 min. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper to taste.
