> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp dried oregano
> 1 tsp dried thyme
> 1 tsp sweet paprika
> 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
> 1/2 tsp black pepper
> 4 halibut fillets
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 (9 oz) pkg spinach
> 1 lemon

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Season with salt. Add the halibut fillets and turn to coat evenly in spice mixture.
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil on medium-high until almost smoking. Cook fillets 3–4 min. on each side, until fish flakes with a fork.
Meanwhile, microwave the spinach according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fish over spinach. Cut the lemon into wedges. Squeeze lemon over spinach and fish to serve.
