Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

20 Shishito peppers
>
4 oz (half container) Good Foods ™ Queso-Style Dip
>
2 tbsp gluten-free breadcrumbs
>
Coarse sea salt
Steps

Heat olive oil in a wide sauté pan until it is hot, but not smoking.

Add peppers to the pan and cook them over medium, tossing and turning them frequently until they blister. They shouldn't char except in certain places. Approximately 10-15 minutes cook time.

Warm up Good Foods Queso Style Dip in a small saucepan on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Once warmed, spread queso onto a serving plate and sprinkle gluten-free breadcrumbs on top for a little added crunch.

Place peppers on top of queso and top with a dash of coarse sea salt. Enjoy!
