Peach and Oat Smoothie Packs

Fiber-packed oats and protein-rich Greek yogurt make these freezer smoothie packs perfect for hectic weekday mornings.

> 2 cups peach or nectarine chunks, divided
> 2 ripe bananas, peeled and thinly sliced, divided
> 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, divided
> 4 cups plant-based milk or low-fat milk, divided
> 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, divided
> 4 tbsp honey, divided


Divide the peaches, bananas, and oats among 4 resealable quart-size bags. Seal tightly, pressing out excess air. Freeze until ready to blend, at least 4 hours.
To make 1 smoothie, add 1 cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, and 1 tbsp honey to a blender. Add contents of 1 bag. Blend until smooth.
