Blueberry-Lemon Iced Tea

It's iced tea with a twist with this amazing blueberry-lemon tea recipe. Either black or green tea works well here—use black if you like a traditional iced tea flavor. Experiment with fruit—switch up the berries or use orange instead of lemon for an interesting variation.

> 8 oz fresh blueberries or frozen (1 1/2 cups)
> 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
> 4 cups water
> 6 tea bags (black or green tea)
> 2 Tbsp honey

Bring blueberries and lemon juice to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until blueberries are soft, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to squeeze out juice. Discard the blueberry flesh left in the strainer.
Wipe out the saucepan, bring water to a boil in saucepan, add tea bags and let stand 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in honey and blueberry juice mixture. Pour into a pitcher, cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice.
