1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 (16 oz) pkg bratwursts

1/2 cup jarred pickled beets

1/4 cup sour cream

5 hot dog buns

1/4 cup bean sprouts

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Heat oil in a small skillet on the hot grill or on the sotve over medium-high. Add onions and cook 10 min., stirring often, until golden brown. Meanwhile, grill the brats for 10-12 min., turning often, or until lightly charred and cooked through. Add buns to grill and lightly toast.

To serve, slice beets in half. Spread sour cream over buns. Top with beets, bratwurst, onions, and bean sprouts.
