Brats with Sauerkraut and Mustard

These loaded brats with sauerkraut, crispy onions, relish, and ketchup have everything but the kitchen sink.

> 1 (16 oz) pkg bratwursts
> 3 tbsp relish
> 1/2 cup sauerkraut
> 5 hot dog buns
> 1/4 cup mustard
> 1/2 cup crispy onions
> 1/4 cup ketchup


Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the bratwurst for 10–12 min., turning often, or until lightly charred and no pink remains in the middle.
Meanwhile, mix together the relish and sauerkraut. Set the buns on the grill and cook until grill marks form (about 15–20 sec.). Spread buns with mustard. Set bratwurst in buns and top with sauerkraut-relish mixture, crispy onions, and ketchup.
