Breakstone’s Tuscan-Style Lasagna

> 1 lb ground turkey
> 1 (24 oz) jar traditional pasta sauce
> 3/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
> 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
> 1 egg, beaten
> 1 (16 oz) container Breakstone's Cottage Cheese
> 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
> 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles


Heat oven to 375F.
Cook turkey in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat until done, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Add 2 Tbsp. water to empty sauce jar; cover with lid and shake well. Add to meat mixture; stir until blended. Remove from heat.
Combine egg, cottage cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1-1/4 cup of the remaining pasta sauce and 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce and shredded cheese. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 40 min. or until heated through, removing foil after 30 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
