1 (16 oz) pkg frozen pizza dough, thawed

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed pepper strips, thawed

1/2 (16 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

1 tbsp minced garlic
>
1 1/2 cups tomato-basil pasta sauce

1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450°F. Stretch and roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a 16x9-inch rectangle and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a fork, poke a few holes in the dough to avoid air bubbles. Brush with 1 tbsp oil and bake 10 min., until golden.

Meanwhile, drain any excess liquid from the mixed peppers and broccoli. In a 12-inch skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp oil on medium-high. Add mixed peppers, broccoli, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 min., until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally.

Remove pizza crust from oven and spread the sauce on top, leaving a ¼-inch border. Top with vegetables, then cheese. Bake 10 min., until cheese is golden brown.
