> 2 (16 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise Free from Boneless Pork Chops 
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp onion powder


Set broiler to high.
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet and broil 10–12 min., flipping pork halfway through, until a meat thermometer reads 145°F.
