1 (14 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Organic Grass-Fed Uncured Beef Hot Dogs

8 Ball Park Hot Dog Buns

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp lemon juice
>
1 cup shredded lettuce
>
1/4 cup crumbled Parmesan crisps

Set grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill the hot dogs 6–8 min., until browned, turning occasionally. During the last minute of cooking, place the buns, cut-side down, on grill. Toast 30 sec.–1 min., until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice and season with salt. Add the lettuce and toss until coated.

Place 1 hot dog in each bun. Top each hot dog with salad and the Parmesan crisps. Serve immediately.
