Ingredients

3 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs

1 1/2 tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal chicken seasoning

1 cup apple cider vinegar
>
1 tbsp Tabasco hot sauce
>
2 tbsp yellow mustard
>
1 tsp liquid smoke
>
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
>
2 tbsp ketchup

Set grill to high heat. Sprinkle chicken thighs with seasoning on both sides. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small saucepan until well blended.

Place pan directly on the grill or use the stovetop over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Grill the chicken thighs while brushing with the liquid and turning every 3–4 min. for 20–25 min. or until chicken is nicely charred and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. (The sauce should be bubbling and reduce to become slightly thicker.)

Remove chicken from grill and carefully remove saucepan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken or serve on the side.
