> 1 can ( 2.25 oz. ) black sliced ripe olives, drained
> 1/2 cup sliced green onions
> 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
> 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
> 1/2 tsp lemon zest
> 1 tsp ground coriander
> 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
> 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to combine.
