Cheese Ravioli Stacks

Cheese ravioli topped with tomatoes, prosciutto, mozzarella, and a sprig of rosemary combine for the perfect bite-sized appetizer in under 30 minutes.

> 1 (9 oz) pkg fresh ravioli
> 3 tomatoes
> 4 oz prosciutto
> 1 (8 oz) pkg sliced fresh mozzarella
> 1 (0.75 oz) pkg fresh rosemary


Cook ravioli in boiling water for about 3 min. and drain. Slice tomato into ¼-inch thick slices. Cut the prosciutto in half vertically.
Set the ravioli onto a serving dish and build the Napoleon by adding the prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and tomato. Place a sprig of rosemary through the center to hold the appetizer together.


Drizzle herbed oil over the appetizers before serving.
