Ingredients

> 21 small to medium pitted dates
> 1 (8 oz) bag Land O Lakes ® Gouda & Havarti Cheese Cubes
> About 3 oz (7 slices) prosciutto
> 3 tbsp Land O Lakes ® Butter, melted
> Fresh thyme leaves, as desired for garnish
> Balsamic glaze, as desired for garnish

Steps

1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2
Slice small pocket into each date; stuff each with 1 cheese cube—it’s okay if it isn’t fully enclosed. Cut each slice prosciutto lengthwise into 3 strips. Wrap each stuffed date with prosciutto strip, tucking edge under opposite side of open date. Place onto prepared sheet pan. Brush tops of dates with melted butter.
3
Bake 9-11 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp and begins to brown and cheese is melted. Let cool 1 minute before placing onto serving tray; garnish with thyme leaves and drizzle of balsamic glaze.
