1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon (about 3 lbs)

1 (8 oz) pkg smoked salmon

3 tbsp Taste of Inspirations ® Everything Sesame Seasoning (optional)

Cut rind off melon and scoop out seeds. Cut melon into ¾”-thick wedges. Carefully separate smoked salmon slices and wrap slices around melon wedges. Arrange wrapped wedges on a platter and sprinkle everything sesame seasoning over top, if desired.
Tips
To make your own everything sesame seasoning, combine ¼ cup sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds, 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper and ¼ teaspoon coarse sea salt.
