1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing, divided

1/2 (8 oz) bag shredded mozzarella

1 romaine heart

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Unroll the dough onto baking sheet. Bake 5 min.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, toss the chicken with ¼ cup dressing. Remove crust from oven. Top crust with the cheese and chicken. Bake 8–10 min., until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the lettuce and add to same bowl. Toss romaine with remaining 2 tbsp dressing. Top baked pizza with lettuce. Slice pizza into 8 pieces.
Tips
Top the baked pizza with grated Parmesan and crumbled cooked bacon, if desired.
