Ingredients

> 1 lb Nature's Promise® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
> 1 tsp Italian seasoning
> 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to serve
> 1 (18 oz) pkg cheese tortellini
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1/2 (16 oz) jar classic Alfredo pasta sauce
> 1/4 cup chopped chives

Steps

1
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the Parmesan onto both sides of chicken, pressing to adhere. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook per package directions, 5–7 min. until tender. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet on medium-high. Cook chicken 3–5 min., until browned. Flip and cook 2–3 min. more, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
3
Return drained tortellini to pot and heat on low. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and 1–2 tbsp pasta water, adding more depending on desired consistency of sauce. Toss to coat. Divide tortellini among plates and top with sliced chicken. Garnish with Parmesan and chives.
