> 1/2 cup chia seeds
> 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
> 6 dates, pitted
> 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and dates. Stir together to combine. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
In a food processor or with an immersion hand blender, blend the chilled ingredients until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
