Ingredients

> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg white vanilla candy melts
> 1 tbsp canola oil
> 1 tsp orange liquid food coloring, as needed
> 8 whole strawberries
> 15 chocolate sandwich creme cookies
> 2 (13 oz) pkgs chocolate pudding snacks

Steps

1
To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the candy melts and oil. Microwave in 30-sec. intervals for about 2 min., stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Add a few drops of the food coloring and mix until no streaks remain and mixture is orange.
2
Holding the leafy green part of a strawberry, dip each strawberry in melted candy, using a spoon to coat until covered. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
3
To a large resealable bag, add the chocolate sandwich cookies and coarsely crush using a rolling pin. Remove the lids from the pudding cups. Spoon a thin layer of crushed cookies into each cup. Place a strawberry “carrot” in each cup and top with more crushed cookies. Serve immediately.
