> 1 (12.4 oz) tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing
>  Mixed berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, for serving
> Maple syrup, for serving

Heat waffle iron until very hot and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Separate cinnamon rolls. Add 1 cinnamon roll to waffle iron, and cook until golden-brown and fully cooked, about 4 to 5 minutes. Cook time may vary; follow manufacturer instructions for best results. Repeat with remaining cinnamon rolls.

Cut tip of icing packet with scissors and drizzle over cinnamon rolls. Top with maple syrup, if desired. Serve with berries and enjoy.
