Crackers with Flax Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

> 1 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds
> 1 cup sesame seeds
> 3/4 cup flax seeds
> 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
> 1 tsp salt
> 1/4 cup coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Put 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup of sesame seeds, 1/3 cup of flaxseeds, all of the flour, salt, oil and 1¼ water in a bowl and mix together until a dough forms.

Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Spread half the mixture on each baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon until even and thin. Sprinkle with the rest of the seeds, pressing them to adhere. Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven (leave oven on) and cut the crackers into desired shapes. Return to oven and bake another 25 min. Let crackers cool before serving.
