> 1 (14 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce

Release the entire cylinder of cranberry from the can with a knife and carefully cut into 8 slices. Transfer slices to a cutting board.

Use small cookie cutters to cut the jelly into shapes. Chop trimmings into small pieces and scatter over a platter. Arrange cut outs carefully on top. Serve with roast turkey.
