Creamy Cole Slaw

Bright, crunchy vegetables and a tangy-sweet dressing make this cole slaw a standout side. If desired, a mix of red and green cabbage keeps things colorful, while Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar add balance to the creamy base. Let it chill before serving so the flavors meld and the slaw softens just slightly.
