12 Nature's Promise® Breaded Chicken Breast Strips

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Asian stir fry vegetables

1 (8.8 oz) pkg 90 second white rice
>
2 tbsp sesame seeds
>
1/2 cup ginger wasabi sauce, to serve

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange frozen
chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper. Bake 15 min. or until crisp.

While chicken cooks, heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the vegetables, cover and cook 6 min.

While vegetables cook, microwave the rice according to package directions. Add the rice and sesame seeds to the vegetables and stir-fry, uncovered, 4 min. Season with salt (in moderation ) and pepper. Serve with the chicken strips and ginger wasabi sauce.
